Blue tooth is a Technology introduced in September 1998 . It is Developed by group of companies called Erickson, Nokia, IBM, Toshiba and Intel . Blue tooth is a wireless technology Which replaces the cables in many Fields. It is a short range communication device that means it covers only Short distance from 10 to 100 m . Blue tooth Wireless technology is secure, low cost and low power consumption . It is mainly used to transfer data in wireless medium .Blue tooth are used to connect and communicate between devices like telephone, laptops, personal computers, digital cameras, Wireless keyboard and Mouse . Now a days Blue tooth plays a major Role in Mobiles Because of low power consumption and security . Security in Blue tooth is achieved by Pass code . Pass code is a combination of letters or numbers it is similar to password . When pairing two Blue tooth devices pass code is used to authenticate incoming connections if the pass code is accepted Then the data is transferred between those two Blue tooth devices independently and securely.
